CRM Executive for London based Legal Services Firm Your new company You will be joining one of the most respected and established Legal Services firms in the UK, headquartered in Central London. They employ more than 900 people and works with over 500 lawyers who provide services to businesses and individuals. They mainly focus on: corporate, dispute resolution, employment, family, private client and real estate. From a culture perspective, they are paving the way for all modern Law Firms, with cutting edge legal technology and strategies that are in line with clients' ever evolving needs. Your new role An opportunity has arisen for a CRM executive. You will be supporting the CRM manager in several different areas, predominantly making sure the system is fit for purpose. You will be providing support to internal users, supporting training sessions, monitoring business development strategies, creating and sending eMarketing campaigns, providing regular and ad hoc reports and analysis, project managing CRM tasks and assisting the Digital Marketing team with their activities. You will also contribute to the Business Development of the business - creating target mailing lists, maintaining inboxes and regularly meeting the BD team to discuss objectives. What you'll need to succeed To be successful you will have CRM experience gained from a similar role ideally within a related sector. Also, you will have: A passion for high quality data - managing several tasks at once Knowledge of InterAction or similar CRM databases Excel, PowerPoint and Word intermediate knowledge Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders within the business Legal experience a bonus, but not necessary What you'll get in return In return you will receive an excellent salary of up to £35,000 plus a generous benefits package.
