The real estate team covers all aspects of non-contentious landlord and tenant law, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals (including portfolio transactions), development work (including forward funding deals), and a wide range of property matters for investors and occupiers. Suitable candidates will be happy leading on their own transactions with minimum supervision and ideally have had experience of mentoring more junior lawyers. Client management is also important, and it is key that applicants have a track record of successfully dealing with and developing client relationships.
