My client is looking for: Someone who has got previous experience of Major Incident & Problem Management Develop and maintain the incident management processes and procedures, following a Lean methodology of addressing IT service-related incidents Management of the most serious incidents affecting the business Define major incident processes and tools Produce appropriate management information to report incident and problem management performance Monitor effectiveness of incident & problem management and make recommendations for improvement Operate the major incident processes Manage the escalation and resolution of major incidents and problems Work within an ITIL environment Working Hours; 36.25 Hours per week Unfortunately we may struggle to respond to every applicant, Transition Partners get a high response rate on their advertisements and will be in touch if they feel your candidature is suitable for the advertised vacancy.
