Overview
We are currently partnering with a nationally recognised brand, in their search for an Interim Head of HR Business Partner on a permanent basis and to be based from the organisations' head office in Central London. In this role you will act as a Head of HR Business Partner for cross functions and will support the business through a period of significant change. The successful candidate will support the transition towards successful growth. The role will have a focus on: Developing, coaching and leading the People Business Partner team. Contributing to the organisational target to reach peak performance, current and future talent progression. Leading transformational change projects Delivery of the organisation's People Strategy Experience as a Senior HR Business Partner is necessary. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are key, as is the ability to build relationships. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Head of HR Business Partner to join a high growth business during an exciting period of change.
