The successful candidate will be joining a small but growing project management team which advises national clients such as pension funds, investors, universities and developers on a range of projects, including those in the commercial, heritage and education sectors. The firm would like to be the Birmingham office to be a stronghold in the Midlands region, therefore the successful candidate must be client-facing and able to develop new business. You will be working on projects from inception through to completion, with responsibilities including feasibility studies, cost plans and appraisals. The firm have won a number of awards and accolades, ensuring their reputation of being an excellent place to flourish and progress. Candidates will have experience working in a consultancy and have relevant professional qualifications in Project Management. In addition, you must be driven and motivated to complete business development, or be able to bring clients with you. Remuneration is flexible and dependent on experience.
