Overview
My client, a large public sector organisation in South West London, is currently seeking a Head of HR Operations to join their team on a permanent basis. Managing an established team of approximately 40 staff, and reporting into the Assistant Director of HR & OD, this role is leading on providing strategic business-focused operational HR solutions and influence. This great opportunity has come after a period of significant change within the organisation. The ideal candidate must have key experience of managing a large transaction service, acting as the key ER support for the directors, experience of building relationships with trade unions and also experience of leading and improving payroll and HR transactional processes with a customer focus. The post holder for this role must have strong leadership skills, the ability to drive a commercial, customer and outcome focused approach. Also, to be successful in this role, you must have key experience of modernizing employee relations, practices and service delivery.
