We are seeking the next member of the Remarketing Team to manage varied daily, weekly and monthly administrative tasks to ensure the department runs as efficiently as possible. You'll have the opportunity to work with various teams, gaining a great understanding of how an innovative and modern business works. What you'll be doing Remarketing is part of the 1link Disposal Network and covers all aspects of Remarketing including logistics, refurbishments, client recharges and the sales process for previously owned company vehicles going back out on the market. The 1link platform provides an instant communication tool for our customer base, and is a simple system for an excellent experience. Assisting with vendor vehicle publishing and processing within the Vendor Account Management Team. Building stock lists of available vehicles and emailing them out to the buyer base. Raising daily credit notes and ensuring they are tracked and processed. Construct and send out client image packs for the platform. Liaise with vendors and the trade network to assist with processing vehicle sales. Cross sell epyx Ltd products when the opportunity arises. Large amount of excel based work so the ability to multitask and prioritise will be essential. About you Confident at producing lists and a number of the basic functions within Excel Professional telephone manner to support the work of the Sales and Account Management Teams Ability to multitask, prioritise and pick up extra responsibilities when needed.
