Finance Manager for a well known national supplier into the Construction industry Assistant Finance Manager Hays are currently working with a leading UK business to recruit a new Assistant Finance Manager for their South West and Wales region. Your new company My client is a leading force in the supply of sustainable building materials into the UK Construction market. Their clients include large FTSE 250 business all the way through to local SMEs allowing for construction of some of the UK's most exciting and visionary construction projects. With several sites across the UK, they are now looking for someone to support the Regional Finance Manager based here in Bristol. Your new role Reporting into the Regional Finance Manager you will provide commercial and analytical insight to the performance of the South West and Wales region. You will support in the production of month MI reporting within agreed timescales with the focus on maximising business performance. You will interpret data, taking measures as appropriate to deliver results. You will support on budget and forecasts while continuously looking at ways for improvement and challenging the current way of thinking. What you will need to succeed Ideally, you will be part qualified looking to complete your studies or already a fully qualified accountant. You should have a proven track record of financial delivery with significant operational and commercial experience either within the manufacturing or construction industries. You should have god interpersonal skills, be willing to travel on occasion and have the willingness and desire to progress in a national business.
