Overview
I’m working with a boutique Asset Manager who are looking to identify a Legal Counsel to join their organisation as soon as possible. Responsibilities: To provide legal support across all areas of the business. Reviews and negotiates Fund Structures globally. Assesses Trading/Brokerage documents and negotiates and changes globally. Work with clients and Third Parties to ensure all agreements are in place and updated. Come up with commercial solutions to complex legal queries and problems. Essential: Qualified lawyer with solid Private Practice background. Must have experience working in Asset Management & Funds, ideally in-house. Able to navigate a fast-paced environment and confident collaborating with the wider team. Have a generalist Legal background. Commercially minded. Location: London Salary: £80,000-£120,000 (dependent on experience and years PQE) Duration: Permanent
