Overview
Residential Home Manager Stockport £40,000 - £45,000 per annum DMD Recruitment are working on behalf of a valued client to recruit an experienced Residential Home Manager for their reputable care home based in Stockport. The care home is purpose built and is registered to provide care and support to older people with residential and dementia care needs. Following a recent CQC inspection, the home received an overall Good rating with an outstanding in one area. The aim is to now strive to achieve an overall Outstanding rating in the next inspection. The successful candidate will be a highly proactive and motivated individual who has a proven background in Care Home Management with evidence of achieving positive CQC ratings. Completion of Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management is required. This is a full time, permanent opportunity.
