Integration Architect - Government - Greenfield Site - Remote Working A large Government body are currently undertaking an extensive and ambitious enterprise-wide programme of Digital Transformation. The programme aims to transform their technology offering into an innovative, integrated service based on digital and cloud first philosophies; utilising leading products and services. Adopting an agile and user-centric approach they are developing solutions to fundamentally transform the services they provide, the ways they work, and how they interact with customers and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: Core accountabilities/deliverables and ownership include: Analyse and interpret business requirements and translate these into technology designs Define technical architecture to support the evolving enterprise technology stack Design required platforms and services, to host in-house and collaboratively-developed services, IaaS developments Assess PaaS and SaaS services from external suppliers to ensure quality and interoperability with our existing technology landscape Plan for integration between platforms and services to ensure data flows effectively across the organisation in line with the data model Contribute to pan-government and national architecture patterns, standards and guidance Be an active participant in the Technology & Digital Design Authority. Provide insight for business and technical strategies Provide technical advice on low level technical subjects (e.g. security, hosting, storage, networking, application and service capabilities, etc). Work with delivery partners to build out capabilities Work with internal stakeholders to support discovery and design work Desirable Skills/Experience A wide range of technologies, particularly infrastructure and cloud-hosting Service management tools Use of architecture frameworks and tools (e.g. TOGAF, Archimate, UML) Testing and deployment processes and tools Communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strategic thinking Immediate Interviews & Start available, please apply for further details.
