PA to CEO & Customer Support Coordinator Our client, a leading Eco Friendly Manufacturer currently has a new opening for a confident, hands on PA to look after the CEO as well as looking after the Sales and Ops Teams within this forward thinking rapidly growing organisation. You will enjoy variety within your role and happy to just role up your sleeves and muck in - no job is too big or too small. Your duties will involve: Diary management for the CEO. Booking meetings. Preparing correspondence and presentations. Helping manage various projects. Fielding incoming calls for the sales team. Responding to customer queries. Admin assistance for the business development team. Providing pipeline support, researching and tracking prospects. Booking appointments. Updating the CRM database with all client information. Collating information and writing reports. Maintaining ISO accreditation. Ensure the office is running smoothly. Organising meetings and events and organising travel. You will be a real self-starter and be able to hit the ground running. Proactive and forward thinking. Confident and assertive. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. Hands on and willing to develop. Share the company passion for the environment. A can do attitude with a good sense of humour.
