Job Title: Senior Support Worker Location: Outwood, Wakefield Pay: £9.22 Per hour Role Overview:- Ross Dene is an 8 bed residential service situated in Outwood, Wakefield where we support adults aged 18-65 with a variety of different learning diasbilities, mental health needs, autism spectrum disorders, challenging behaviour and complex needs. As a Senior Support Worker at Ross Dene, you will lead a team of support workers to ensure the highest standards of care and support are provided. You will work alongside the service manager to complete support plans, risk assesment and all documentation associated with the people we support and the staff team. You will manage medication, finances and be on hand to mentor and guide the staff team with all aspects of their role. The senior support worker role is a demanding and responsible role which requires the highest level of commitment to the people we support and a passion for making a difference to the lives of those we support here. Requirements:- For our Senior role previous experience is required , however all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people we support. Your experience must include leading a team and completing paperwork and administration tasks involved with the role.
