Overview
Our client, a premium-brand residential developer are currently looking to add a Project Manager to their team, to be based on one of their flagship regeneration schemes in Enfield. We are looking for someone with experience either running their own RC frame project (of 250 units or more). Or looking after a phase on a multi-phase development. Initially, the successful candidate will report to a Project Director and manage the upcoming phase of 300 RC frame units. Eventually (1-2 years), my client envisage you making the step up to run the project in it's entirety. Ideal Candidate: Experienced Project Manager A steady CV with experience at a national residential developer.
