Overview
A forward-thinking Venture Capital firm who invest in Fintech are recruting an EA to join their dynamic team. They are still actively recruiting in these uncertain times and would like to make this hire as soon as possible They require an Executive Assistant to support their Heads of Investor Relations and Legal so previous experience in Investment Relations would be ideal or solid experience in a financial services environment. They offer a fantastic, cool office environment to work in with a strong focus on working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As the Executive Assistant, you will be supporting 2 partners in a busy but varied and stimulating role which will require involvement in roadshows and conferences. The successful candidate will be meticulous with attention to detail. You will also be calm under pressure and an excellent team player. You will be responsible for managing calendars, arranging travel itineraries, expenses, assisting with events and dealing with last minute changes on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work well in a laid back but professional environment and be team oriented - a good team player is essential for this role You will also have strong verbal and written communication, strong IT skills and have attention to detail. The role will pay up to £50k with an excellent bonus, flexible working, travel allowances, free breakfasts, team trips abroad and more. We regret that we cannot reply to all applications.
