SME Finance Manager | Nottingham City Centre | £45,000 - £50,000 Strong Benefits Brilliant opportunity if you're looking for an all-encompassing Finance Manager role in an SME environment. This is a newly created role reporting in to the Head of Finance covering management accounts, financial reporting, business partnering and supporting with the statutory accounts preparation. You'll be working for an organisation who operate in a growing industry. The Head of Finance is looking to appoint an ambitious, ACA / CIMA / ACCA Qualified Finance Manager to join them on their journey. It's not a long hours culture and you'll be given a strong benefits package which includes: Salary up to £50,000 25 days holiday rising to 30 days plus bank holidays 10% employer pension contribution Bonus scheme KEY RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE ROLE Ownership of the management accounts preparation and performance reporting Preparation of board packs with associated analysis and commentary Partner with operational stakeholders across all core departments, providing value-added insights Development of financial planning, assessing opportunities and risks for the business Budgeting and forecasting with analysis in to variances Work closely with IT to complete the roll-out of a new finance system implementation Use Excel to develop financial models for forecasting Support with statutory reporting and audit at year-end YOUR EXPERIENCE ACA / CIMA / ACCA Qualified is an essential requirement Distinct Recruitment Privacy Policy
