Assistant Facilities manager Jobs in Manchester. Your new company You will be working for a leading global provider of integrated facilities management services. Your new role As Assistant Facilities Manager you will work with the Facilities Manager to provide support for the day-to-day delivery of Facilities Management services. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring compliance with legislative, client and health and safety requirements at the site. Working with the Facilities Manager to coordinate client budgets and report any escalated situations. Ensure all contractors operate with-in the appropriate processes and standards. Coordinating the operational delivery in designated site areas including Technical Services & Specialist Sub Contractors. What you'll need to succeed IOSH/NEBOSH Experience in a trade/technical background with a hands on approach. People management skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
