Overview

Role: Senior Business Analyst / Business Change Analyst Location: Redhill Package: £45,000 to £55,000 Bonus Our client, a successful global organisation, currently require a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in a role that will look to evaluate business processes and anticipate requirements to uncover areas for improvement and define solutions. Key to this role will be the ability to identify pragmatic changes and improvements designed to support achievement of the organisations KPI's based on detailed data analysis, consultation with stakeholders, advanced requirements gathering, strong impact analysis, clear definition of business needs and pragmatic value-adding solutioning. The successful Business Analyst will also challenge assumptions and base decisions on accurate data analysis. To be considered, we are looking to speak to individuals that: Have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst with advanced requirement gathering, analytical and impact assessment skills.
