Overview
Are you an existing Deputy Manager looking for a new challenge? Perhaps you are a Clinical Lead looking to take on some extra responsibility as a Deputy? Or maybe you are a hugely experienced Senior Nurse who has a lot more to offer and looking for a much bigger role? One of my clients in Birmingham is looking for someone with your exclusive talents to join their team as a Deputy Manager in one of their Nursing homes. Part of a large national group of homes, this site is home to over 80 elderly residents living with Dementia and other Mental Health conditions. We are looking for someone who is up for a challenge and has the drive and tenacity to improve CQC results while giving the best possible person centred care to their residents in a diverse setting. The role includes dedicated supernumery hours, as well as the opportunity to work alongside the clinical team on the floor for part of the week. Offering a generous salary of up to £40k as well as a competitive pension, holiday allowance and other benefits as well as good opportunities for career progression, this is an attractive proposition for the right candidate. You must be an RGN or RMN with a current PIN, be flexible around shift pattern and put high standards of care at the heart of what you do.
