SUPPORT WORKER (LIFE ENABLER) Hounslow, Islesworth, Kensington Full time permanent up to £10.50 per hour ( Skype interviews ) online training and remote onboarding process in place. Experience in a similar role is essential for these vacancies Sugarman Health and well being would like to invite applications for the role of Life Enabler based in Hounslow, London. These roles are full time and permanent based on full time contracted hours of 37.5 per week. The salary rate is up to £10.50 per hour. The Role of the Life Enabler is to recognise that people's individual support needs vary not just as a result of their learning disability and/or autism but also due to their life experiences and continue to change as they age. They will ensure the people they support are achieving person centred outcomes, maintaining and increasing people's independence and skills to enable them to be active in their communities. The Life Enabler will ensure their support to people of various ages and a variety of complexity of needs, focuses on active support, physical and emotional wellbeing, communication and understanding and achieving purpose (including in this the role of education, training and employment). Their support will flex with people as their needs and life choices change. You will need experience providing care to individuals with learning disability and/or autism within a paid environment and ideally have a recognised qualification in care.
