Fast-growing practice in London seeks a talented Residential Conveyancing Paralegal on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for a driven Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our client’s thriving firm in South West London. The successful candidate will assist a partner with a wide range of conveyancing and administrative matters, whilst ensuring an outstanding performance at all times. Responsibilities • Sales and purchases • Freehold and leasehold properties • Re-mortgages • Transfers of equity • New builds • Shared ownership • Use of case management systems • Liaising with clients and professionals involved in property transactions • General administrative duties The Candidate • Paralegals with at least one year’s experience • Previous experience in residential conveyancing matters is highly desirable • IT proficient • Excellent communication skills • Great attention to detail The Firm Our client is a highly accomplished firm in London with client care at the core of the practice.
