Overview
This large law firm is recruiting into its very busy Family Law Deptartment in Bristol. Here, the team advises on privately funded family law matters to include divorce, separation, financial settlements, cohabitation and children law. Unusually, in this family solicitor role, you will never be required to do any business development The team has grown significantly over the last few years and continues to be extremely busy. It therefore seeks a qualified solicitor or legal executive to join in Bristol. Ideally, you should have at least 2 years' experience advising on a family law caseload. Those from both private and legal aid backgrounds are encouraged to apply. You will have paralegal support from day one and the team leader will involve you in the business side of running the department, so you will get an insight into accounts, IT and marketing. This is a full time, Bristol based position, but after a short period (likely 3 months or so) one or two days per week working from home can be introduced. You can write your own diary to suit yourself. You can also flex your working day to suit your needs (i.e. early or late starts/finishes). Salary to £45k parking space and excellent benefits including gym membership.
