Overview
An award winning and well known Legal 100 firm in Bristol is looking for a family solicitor with experience in a leading practice to join its noted Family Law Team. This role would be suited to a solicitor with 2-6 years' PQE to assist in and handle a privately funded Family Law caseload. You will be involved at every stage of the cases, including client contact and meetings and managing your own caseload. Working alongside partners and senior associates who will support and mentor you, the opportunity is here for someone to gain great exposure and experience in a highly regarded firm's Family Department. You can expect to handle divorce, matrimonial, finances, private child pre and postnups, cohab and civil partnership matters. You will drive marketing strategies to increase business in all of these different areas of family law. You should have strong advocacy skills, alongside good organisational and time management skills. You will have experience handling high quality family law matters and being involved in all stages of a case.
