DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING FOR FEE EARNING TEAMS. A permanent opportunity for a resource manager with experience looking after associates to join one of London's stand out law firms. With responsibility for monitoring the workloads and professional development of associates, trainees and paralegals, the role holder will report directly to the COO. Essential responsibilities include managing the matter assignment system with a view to equitable distribution of assignments, monitoring performance evaluations, working on initiatives to enhance development and retention, working with the team to design and implement skills training programmes, assisting with on-boarding and integration.
