Overview
This is a challenging opportunity for a serious injury fee earner with strong litigation experience to join one of the North West's leading personal injury insurance practices dealing with claims of a technical nature with a focus on orthopaedic and complex injuries. The Birkenhead based firm is recognised across both Merseyside and the wider North West for both its claimant and defendant offering and the high level of service provided to clients. It is seeking an experienced serious injury fee earner with a background in handling litigated RTA matters (both fast-track and multi-track). In this role, you will be given a full caseload of personal injury files, which will primarily be both fast- and multi-track litigated orthopaedic injury claims. You will be joining a medium-sized team, comprising of both qualified and non-qualified fee earners, and you'll be supported throughout to reach your full potential and provide the best level of service to your clients.
