Overview
An award winning Legal 500 firm in St Albans, southern Hertfordshire, is looking to hire a commercial solicitor to develop a key area of the firm's commercial services. You will be an established commercial solicitor with experience that includes distribution, data protection, franchising, IT related agreements, licensing and some intellectual property matters, along with other standard and bespoke commercial contracts. You should also have corporate support experience and, whilst the role will see you work across the retail, industrial and logistics sectors, experience with the recruitment services industry would be advantageous. The ideal commercial solicitor will have a strong academic record and will be able to demonstrate a track record of successful marketing and business development. The firm can offer excellent prospects with either immediate partnership or fast track to partnership for senior individuals.
