This is a great Corporate Commercial Senior Associate opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE based in the lovely area of Watford, Hertfordshire. The Role The Corporate department deals with an excellent quality of work, the caseload will be varied and include high value deals, this will make for an interesting role. You will deal with a client base ranging from SME, entrepreneurs, national companies and FTSE 250 companies. The work will include; M&A, Company share purchases, Company formations, Shareholder agreements, Share capital, Joint ventures and Share rights. If you are currently seeking a step up in terms of progression, including Partnership, perhaps in a top-heavy team, or perhaps a Partner seeking a lateral move to a prestigious Top 200 firm. This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.
