A commercial litigation solicitor is required in a leading regional Legal 500 firm in St Albans, rated as a "growing force in litigation" outside of London. You will be a commercial litigation solicitor, circa 5 years' PQE, with experience in the full range of commercial disputes. The role is a strategic hire to continue the growth with the team who handles complex cases for both UK and offshore based clients. The ideal candidate's experience will cover commercial contract disputes, shareholder disputes, insolvency litigation, financial disputes and debt matters. This role will see you continue to maintain existing relationships whilst also playing an active role in developing new business opportunities.
