The salary on offer is highly competitive and negotiable dependent on experience along with an extensive benefits package. I am working with a leading National firm of Solicitors who are recognised as Top Tier in both the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners across many practice areas. Their team of Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitors work across a National footprint and provide advice to come up with solutions when businesses are faced with financial difficulties. The focus of their advice is on rescue strategies where reasonably viable and they work closely with financial institutions and Insolvency Practitioners to come up with solutions to complex problems. Where rescue is not possible, they deal with insolvency litigation and recovery of assets and money. They are looking for a Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE who have a solid background within Insolvency and Restructuring and who is looking to further develop their career. You should have trained at a leading International, City or US firm and have strong academics. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor to join a leading Top 50 firm dealing with some of the best Restructuring and Insolvency work on offer. You will manage your own straightforward matters as well as assisting the Partners with more complex, in-depth matters.
