Overview
A confident commercial lawyer is required to join a fast-paced and growing in-house team for a full-time and permanent Legal Counsel role. Based in London, the In-House Counsel will assist with driving business growth. Your New Role Reporting to the head of the legal department, your role will involve liaising with business stakeholders across the company. Responsibilities of the Legal Counsel will include: Drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial legal contracts such as software licensing agreements, service agreements and supply agreements. Working alongside sales teams and marketing and advertising teams to advise on sponsorship and marketing agreements. Advising on website content and data protections matters.
