Training & Events Coordinator, Rugby 12 Month FTC We are currently working with an international company is looking for a Training & Events Coordinator in Rugby. Joining on a 12-month FTC, you will ensure the smooth running and successful delivery of training courses and events, as well as providing a customer service function for publications work. For doing this you will receive a pension scheme, healthcare and flexible working hours. As a Training & Events Coordinator, your responsibilities will include: Responding to customer enquiries regarding training events/courses. Setting-up and managing on-site training facilities for courses. Sourcing venues and trainers. Preparing course/event materials. Processing customer feedback. Sourcing volunteers. Updating the database. Ensuring the successful delivery of events and training courses. We are looking for a Training & Events Coordinator who has the following skills and experiences: Educated to secondary level education (e.g A-Levels) with a Grade A-C/9-5 in Maths and English. Previous experience in a Training, Events, Publications, Coordination role. Experience using a customer database and working with Standard Operation Procedures. Previous experience working in a commercially focussed business unit. In return, an Events Coordinator will receive a salary of £19,000 - £22,000 per annum and great benefits including Pension, Healthcare, Flexi - hours working and 28 days holiday.
