Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of a well established and highly regarded law firm in Sheffield for a customer liaison officer to join their Personal Injury team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with customer service experience to join a law firm and progress their career within the professional services industry. Responsibilities will include; · Contacting clients over the telephone · Inputting the necessary data onto system · Submitted claims onto the MOJ Portal · Assisting member of the Portal Team as and when required · Providing excellent customer care · Using external databases to obtain relevant information Knowledge of Personal Injury procedures would be advantageous but not necessary as training will be provided.You will be working within a friendly, supportive and progressive team offering excellent career progression.
