Overview
Recruitment Heroes are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual who can lead a team of staff to deliver outstanding care to residents within a family run business or our client located in Leeds. The Registered Care Manager will take full responsibility of our 28 bed residential dementia care home. The Registered Care Manager will monitor and manage the performance of all staff. In addition, they will be responsible for ensuring the home is compliant with CQC and all other regulatory authorities. They will be responsible for marketing the home in the local community and ensuring occupancy is maximised. Your people skills will ensure positive relationships will be maintained with residents, families and all other key stakeholders. Skills/Qualifications: Previous experience of management within a care home or similar environment.
