We have a new and exciting opportunity for a registered home manager to join a fantastic care facility in Evesham, Worcestershire. This care home offers various types of care including elderly nursing and residential care. The home is modern yet homely with a stunning garden for the residents and their families. The Home is in a peaceful location, easily accessible, and also provides onsite parking. A very strong talent development programme with a clear development structure Ongoing and regular training A high number of qualified nurses on shift Provide leadership to make sure people's wellbeing is protected and to improve their experiences of the health and care system You will need to have a valid NMC pin and have exceptional organisational and communication skills with experience managing a care home or similar.
