Overview
Reporting to the Chief Operating & Technology Officer at a London market Insurance broker and MGA, you will be leading the operations and technology functions across multiple Syndicates. This includes liaising with the Group's underwriting, compliance, IT & Data and operations areas of the business. Furthermore, you will be the key PoC in leading technology and change projects across the business and working closely with other business leaders and Stakeholders to drive reporting efficiency and enhancing the Syndicate's operating and technology frameworks. Key responsibilities Manage aspects of both the technology and operating projects aimed to enhance the overall performances of each Syndicate Manage the sign-off of Lloyd's submissions and reports on a quarterly and annually basis Lead the management of the overall operations and technology business areas within each Syndicate Coach and develop the existing teams Work closely with key business leaders and Stakeholders Act as the key PoC for all Syndicate operations Ideal background A proven leader within the Lloyd's market Excellent operations and technology knowledge Previous experience in delivering projects of a similar nature Excellent attention to detail and assertive and proactive by nature to challenge requests High degree of gravitas and the ability to communicate confidently across multiple areas of the business Please apply to this advert to find out more about the opportunity.
