Overview
Your new firm One of our Top clients are currently seeking a commercial property lawyer to join their team in Bristol. You will be working within a highly regarded national team based across Bristol, Exeter and London. Your new role This role will provide the opportunity to become an integral part of the team and undertake property finance, secured lending, acquisitions and disposals for institutional investors and a range of landlord and tenant work. You will be working with a wide range of clients including large investment funds, property companies and some well-known retail tenants. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in interesting and sometimes high-profile matters for public sector clients. What you'll need to succeed You will be a recently qualified real estate lawyer with a broad range of commercial property experience. Experience of real estate development would be beneficial.
