Overview
NJR Recruitment are thrilled to be partnered with one of Manchester's fastest growing Commercial Insurance Brokers who, due to expansion, are now seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of Commercial Insurance Brokers. As Commercial Insurance Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the team achieve their targets by incentivising and motivating them, undertake regular review meetings and deliver effective monthly 1:1 setting of individual goals. You will work closely and support both Senior Management and the Recruitment Team, whilst also assisting with the roll out of new initiatives and involved with forecasting future staffing requirements. The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and a good understanding of Commercial Insurance products. You will be a tenacious individual who thrives in a fast paced and target driven environment. Furthermore, you must be able to consistently achieve set targets and objectives, together with displaying key behaviours when behind both on an individual and team level. You will possess impeccable communication skills and must be able to demonstrate a strong coaching ability and experience of mentoring individuals at various levels. It is absolutely paramount that that you are able to implement a clear sales strategy and have the ability to win new business and over come typical sales objections.
