Overview
Redex Recruitment are currently working with a growing brand who require a Customer Service Specialist to join them The role of the Customer Service Specialist will be perfect for someone who enjoys a variation of duties Duties will include; Diary management Follow up on all leads generated from marketing campaigns Provide support to all colleagues Maintain a consistent number of calls on a daily basis (inbound & outbound) Work towards KPIs Ensure all company systems are kept up to date Work closely with the call centre manager & marketing team Ideally, our client is looking for someone from a Customer Service, Sales or Call Centre background but it is key that you have a fantastic telephone manner, can build rapport easily with clients and can work well under pressure If you would like to be considered for this position, please apply via the link or contact Verity at Redex Recruitment for further details
