Overview
Payroll Professional Watford Circa £28,000 We are proud to be partnering with a leading UK employee engagement consultancy to secure an experienced and hard-working Payroll Professional. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced business at a crucial time as they are currently going through a sustained period of growth. Key responsibilities will include: •Delivering high quality end-to-end payroll services to a number of clients •Supporting the payroll department with the day-to-day on-boarding of clients’ payroll schemes •Auditing self-processing clients to ensure their payroll entries are accurate and compliant •Supporting the payroll department with the daily delivery to ensure effective operational performance •Managing complex or high volume client and internal queries •Building and maintaining effective relationships, both internally and externally •Maintaining accurate payroll data •Keeping up to date with legislative changes and statutory regulations •Reviewing all processes and procedures to ensure they are current and compliant •Ensuring all payroll queries are responded to in a timely manner •Assisting with ad-hoc projects as required Essential skills required Experience delivering end-to-end payroll (multi-site preferred ) Experienced of Sage Payroll Payroll audit experience Confident communicator, both written and verbal Excellent attention to detail Experience within 1 role doing weekly, bi-weekly, two weekly, four weekly and monthly payroll
