Are you an ambitious and committed commercial litigation solicitor with a keen interest in property litigation? If so then this may be the role for you Our client, a forward thinking, specialist litigation and commercial firm are searching for a commercial litigation solicitor to take on this exciting role. The role will encompass both commercial and property litigation, being weighted strongly on the property litigation side, giving a candidate with a mixed experience in both the opportunity to utilise their skills and further develop their property litigation knowledge. In the role you will- Handle a varied caseload of property litigation matters including but not limited to break clauses, dilapidation's claims and possession proceedings. Use your depth of commercial litigation knowledge to advise on general commercial litigation matters. Play an integral role in developing and supporting the success of the firm through generating and strengthening long-standing relationships Be part of a pioneering and supportive firm who will encourage you to advance and widen your skills If you have previously worked within property litigation and have been searching for an opportunity to be able to utilise these skills, then now is your chance The ideal candidate would be a creative problem solver with strong organisation skills and drive to succeed. They will bring with them around five years or more post qualified experience, however if you fall outside of this but feel you have the suitable skills you are still encouraged to apply.
