Overview

Rubix Recruitment have been instructed on a search for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Property Manager, to join the team at a globally established property consultancy based in their central London offices. As Regional Property Manager, you will be managing a fantastic New Builds portfolio and a great team of Property Managers based in new developments across London. You will ensure your team manage all aspects of property management to a high standard, including health and safety compliance, reactive and preventative management and dealing with complaints. Your core duties will include:- Oversee major works across the portfolio Communicating with key stakeholders Leading a large team of varying levels to drive performance across your portfolio Developing and implementing planned and reactive maintenance programmes Managing budgets and overall expenditure for projects; producing forecasts and reports Our client is looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in property management and experience managing high-end properties, who is confident building relationships at all levels. I am looking for someone who has experience leading a team, with preferably 3 years’ experience in a leadership role, managing a team. I am looking for someone with excellent communication skills and up to date knowledge of current legislator changes. I am looking for someone with the following skillset: - You must be ARLA qualified Excellent communication skills Have experience managing a team; Strong leadership skills Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems Previous experience with client management Up to date knowledge of current legislator changes Salary: £45,000 plus bonuses If this role is of interest, please get in touch with Nicholas Lovell at Rubix Recruitment
