The Role: As part of our travel insurance claims team you will be dealing with customers who are looking to set up a new travel insurance claim or update their ongoing claim. You will provide excellent customer service in line with policy guidelines via multiple communication channels. You will be: Dealing with telephone calls in a customer focused way ensuring service levels and standards are met Registering new claims on our in house claims system Updating customers on the progress of their travel insurance claim Recording and updating customer information accurately Liaising with internal and external departments to ensure the smooth completion of customers claims Undertaking other duties allocated by your manager as appropriate Experience: Previous customer service experience is essential Previous claims experience is desirable Working Hours: You will be working 37.5 hours per week across Monday - Friday between 8:30 and 17:00. Some flexibility may be required to meet business needs.
