HR ADVISOR (OPERATIONS) FOR PRESTIGIOUS CITY LAW FIRM. This is one of the City's leading mid range law firms, large enough to compete with the giants of the sector, but proud of their size which allows them to offer a highly personalised and friendly working environment. Working conditions and benefits compete with the very best, and they are looking to recruit an HR Advisor with a professional services background who would enjoy focusing on HR operations whilst supervising a small team. The HR Advisor who takes this role will be overseeing such activities as the payroll process, the recording of employee lifecycle events, analysis of HR data, and identifying and introducing improvements to the admin service provided to the firm's partners, staff and wider HR team. An exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor who would relish a role which would allow the them to identify, own and drive change within the administrative function of a major law firm's HR team.
