Site Manager Needed For Repeat Client Our client is a very well established Central London contractor who specialises in high end residential, cut & carve, high internals. They are a medium sized contractor who have a very reputable name in the Central London high end market and have carried out projects ranging from £1m - £50m. Job Description Our client is seeking a Site Manager for a large high end residential project in Central London which is valued at over £15m. This scheme is underway and currently has 1 Project Manager and 2 Site Managers on the scheme. They are looking for a Site Manager who has a good eye for detail, understands high end residential and is able to work on top-end finishes. They are ideally seeking someone ambitious, keen on progressing and someone who wants to work on one of the most luxurious projects in London. Key Responsibilities: Supervising and overseeing sub-contractors Ensuring that the specifications and requirements are met Management of sub-contractors Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety Finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up My client are offering a competitive salary and excellent package.
