Overview

My client is looking for a Consumer Manager (12 month contract) who will be proactively support the Consumer Care Line in the UK and provide a coordinating role for the Consumer Careline European Team. Location: Camberley Salary: Up to £35,000 Key duties: Co-ordinating and providing central advice and support centre for all Consumer Care activities Handling of all consumer and customer requests and complaints in a timely manner via phone, email and letter Management of complaints with suppliers Responsible for chasing suppliers and factories for answers, resolutions and recharges Developing and initiate process to identify potential and serious complaints Analysing key trends from the complaints data Ensuring all complaints are logged Providing monthly reports Developing extensive product and brand knowledge Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, internal customers Key requirements: Essential: Excellent communication skills Excellent administration skills Strong attention to detail Parkside Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
