This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor passionate about property law and property litigation who wants to join a rapidly expanding and award winning department dealing with the highest quality of instruction. You will be a 5 years' PQE solicitor, with a strong background in handling property litigation matters. Your new role will see you operating alongside the Partners on a varied and complex caseload of property litigation matters, including: rent arrears, landlord & tenant issues, possessions actions etc, on behalf of their national clientele. You will be a strong litigator with a sound technical background and a real desire to progress on to Senior Associate.
