Litigation Assistant / Paralegal A multi service law firm in Oldham are looking to hire an experienced litigation paralegal to join their offices. Duties & Responsibilities: You will be joining a well-established team and will be supporting the Fee earners and solicitor's personal injury caseload as well as establishing your own caseload of personal injury files. At least 12 months experience in Personal Injury Dealt with litigated RTA files (part 7 & part 8) Ability to independently manage a caseload and settle files To have worked with Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook Have an ability to plan and prioritise your workload Expect a supportive, ambitious and conscientious team in a dynamic and thriving environment.
