The ideal candidate will be a UK qualified solicitor with 2-3 years corporate, finance or banking experience who is looking for a diverse in house opportunity. You will need to be the following: Qualified UK solicitor Quick thinking and commercial, concise and pragmatic Have excellent problem solving and project management skills Confident dealing with the executive management team Ability to provide legal advice to all areas of the business The role involves a broad scope of work including pooled funds, regulatory, brokerage and trading, client agreements, vendor contracts and tax.
