An expanding law firm based on the border of North London and Hertfordshire is now seeking a private client solicitor for their busy and successful team in Potters Bar. You will ideally be an experienced private client solicitor or be NQ, having recently completed your training contract and now able to deal with a full range of private client matters. The caseload will include complex IHT400 matters, wills, probate, tax and trust matters and will see you act for medium-high net worth clients across the London and Home Counties area. You can expect support and training from a highly regarded STEP member partner and excellent prospects and development. It is desirable if you have already had previous experience dealing with high and complex inheritance tax planning.
