A fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor ideally 3 PQE (although lower levels will be considered, and higher levels are encouraged) has arisen for a standout firm, which punch well above its weight for a practice near Reading, Berkshire. This Lawyer position is offered on a full-time basis. The Practice This well-established firm first opened its doors nearly 100 years ago and has built a fantastic reputation in the local community as well as nationally for business and personal law. They focus heavily on client care and communication, and it's this ethos which echoes throughout the firm from even the most senior Partners, to the support staff and office staff as well. There focus is to build long term relationships with their clients so quality will always be at the heart of everything they do. Standing at 30 staff this firm has grown considerably in the last 24 months and have a great mixture of senior and junior employees. This will give you a fantastic base to build up a career in the property sector, and the firm specialise is all aspects of residential conveyancing, commercial property and private client work as well. Role Overview As well as general Commercial Litigation, this Commercial Litigation Solicitor 3 PQE will focus on a broad and generalist range of Litigation work with the addition of Property Disputes, contract disputes, contentious trusts and probate and more to make an interesting and diverse caseload. You will work in a genuinely friendly and highly regarded, reputable department dealing with an excellent client base that you would not expect from a firm of this size. Candidate Requirements You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least 3 PQE (Although more junior applications will be considered) and have experience of handling a diverse caseload.
